A five-directional road junction consists of:

Road A, roadway Aįv of this road with traffic lanes a1, a2, a3 and a4 for entry into the junction, roadway Avm for movement through the junction, roadway Aišv with lanes e1, d2, b4 and c3 for exiting the junction;

Road B, roadway Bįv of this road with traffic lanes b1, b2, b3 and b4 for entry into the junction, roadway Bvm for movement through the junction, roadway Bišv with lanes a1, e2, c4, and d3 for exiting the junction;

Road C, roadway Cįv of this road with traffic lanes c1, c2, c3 and c4 for entry into the junction, roadway Cvm for movement through the junction, roadway Cišv with lanes b1, a2, d4, and e3 for exiting the junction;

Road D, roadway Dįv of this road with traffic lanes d1, d2, d3 and d4 for entry into the junction, roadway Dvm for movement through the junction, roadway Dišv with lanes c1, b2, e4 and a3, for exiting the junction;

Road E, roadway Eįv of this road with traffic lanes e1, e2, e3 and e4 for entry into the junction, roadway Evm for movement through the junction, roadway Eišv with lanes d1, c2, a4 and b3 for exiting the junction;

Overpasses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

There are two tunnel components under each overpass of this junction: 1K, 1D, 2K, 2D, 3K, 3D, 4K, 4D, 5K, and 5D. A five-directional road junction is a hybrid of tri- and four-directional junctions. The roadway of road A with traffic lane a1 and the roadway with traffic lane a2 are built as in a tri-directional junction. The roadway with traffic lanes a3 and a4 is built as is the roadway with lanes a2 and a3 in a four-directional junction. Additionally, on overpass 2, between the roadway with lane a2 and the roadway with lanes a3 and a4, a roadway with lanes e4, e3, and d4 is inserted. The roadways of roads B, C, D and E correspond to that of road A.
